Set on a 10x36m parcel of land, with north to the street, and a 3 level industrial building to the rear – this block had its challenges

This young family of 4 required a house that meet all of the modern day requirements including a separate ‘chill out’ studio for parents and or children.

Entertaining was a must with groups of up to 30 family and friends visiting at one time. This was successfully achieved utilizing a central pond, pool and outdoor seating, along with the carport area which acts, not only as the entry court but overflow for outdoor entertaining purposes.

This house uses every bit of its 218m2 to the max. (including all outdoor areas and carports etc).
